Mrs. Anne Kennedy Rider, 93, of Scotia Village died Monday, June 18, at Scotia Village. She was the widow of the late Howard W. Rider, former manager of Eaton in Laurinburg.

A Massachusetts native, she served as a gray Lady at the Percy Jones Army Hospital in Battle Creek, MI during World War II.

No services are scheduled.

She is survived by a son, Douglas Brickford Rider of Richmond, VA; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
