Mrs. Ann Chandler Thompson Stewart, 74, formerly of Maxton died Tuesday, July 17, at Scotia Village.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Thursday at the Morris Morgan Room at Scotia Village officiated by the Rev. Dr. Robert Dendy. A visitation will follow the memorial service. Burial will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Charlotte Court House, VA.
She is survived by three sons; Chandler Stewart and wife, Louisa of Lumberton, Lee Stewart of Belmont; and Brian Stewart and wife, Lisa of McColl, SC; one grandchild, Meredith Stewart.
Born August 7, 1932 in Lumberton, she was a daughter of the late George Knox and Erma Chandler Thompson. Ann was a retired nurses aide at Scotland Memorial Hospital.
