Ann Bundy Muse

Mrs. Ann Bundy Muse, 83, of 736 Richmond St. died Sunday, February 21, a Scotland Memorial Hospital.


Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church officiated by the Rev. Wil I. Jackson. Burial will follow in Beaver Dam Cemetery in McColl, SC.


She is survived by her husband, J. Harrison Muse; a daughter Jenalee Muse and her husband, Dr. David G. Anderson, of Willston, SC and several nieces and nephews.

Born April 23, 1915 in Marlboro County, SC, she was a daughter of the late William Colin and Minnie Lee Easterling Bundy. She was a retired school teacher in the Wake, Hoke, and Scotland County schools where she taught a total of 62 years. She was also a former Sunday school teacher, Cub Scout Den Mother, and was a Past Worthy Matron of the Charlie Muse Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.


Memorials may be made to the Scotland County Humane Society, 1401 W. Blvd., Laurinburg, NC 28352 or the First United Methodist Church, 101 W. Church St., Laurinburg, NC 28352.


Visitation will be 7 - 9 p.m. Tuesday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium
