Ann Lamb (Carpenter) Hatcher

Ann Lamb Carpenter Hatcher, 100, died on September 02, 2023 at Morrison Manor in Laurinburg, NC. She was born December 10, 1922 in Maxton, NC, daughter of the late Ann Lamb and J. Earle Carpenter. She married the late Thomas D. Hatcher, Jr. of Fayetteville, where they were members of Highland Presbyterian Church. Ann moved to Scotia Village in Laurinburg in 1998 and joined the Laurinburg Presbyterian Church.

Ann is survived by daughters Ann Lamb Snuggs and husband, Joe of Albemarle, NC, Patricia Henslee of Troy, and son, Thomas D. Hatcher III and wife, Donna of Winston-Salem, Donna’s children Kelly, Melanie, Jennifer, and Ricky; 8 grandchildren; and  3 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Scotia Village, Laurinburg, Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 3 pm.
