Amada Dolores Tellez

Amada Tellez, age 80, passed away peacefully at 11:45 a.m. on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025, surrounded by love. She was born on September 13, 1945, in El Sauce, El Salvador, to Jose Epifiano Garcia and Hermelinda Garcia Guzman.

Visitation will be held at Bumgarner Family Funeral Service and Crematorium on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:30 PM in the funeral home chapel, officiated by her son, Gabriel Tellez. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.

A devoted Christian, Amada shared Jesus’ love with anyone who would listen. Her faith guided her words, her actions, and the way she loved others. She lived as an example of compassion, forgiveness, humility, and service, never missing an opportunity to encourage someone or remind them that they were loved.

Amada loved to sing, cherished socializing over coffee in the mornings, and found great joy in cooking for her family. She was a loving and devoted mother whose greatest joy came from caring for her family and creating a home filled with warmth, compassion, and unconditional love. Her wisdom, patience, and steady presence shaped generations and left a lasting mark on all who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved children: Carolina, Anna, Gabriel, Eddie, and Linda. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Jeffrey, Edward, Chandler, James, Andrew, Ashley, Erika, Lucia, and Rocky, and her treasured great-grandchildren: Cole, Christopher, and Julia.

Amada was preceded in death by her husband Leopoldo, daughter Vilma, and loved ones she now joins in eternal rest. While she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing she is now at peace, reunited with her Savior.
