Mrs. Allene Hester Manship, 81, of 5681 Oak Grove School Road died Saturday, July 24, at her residence.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Faith Presbyterian Church officiated by the Rev. James Bumgardner. Burial will follow in Smyrna Cemetery.
He is survived by a son, Jimmy Manship of Laurinburg, two daughters, Doris Manship Smart and Margaret Manship of Laurinburg; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildrn.
Born September 28, 1917 in Scotland County, she was a daughter of the late Elijah J. and Allie McCormick Hester and widow of the late Bruce P. Manship.
Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
