Funeral services were 3 p.m. Sunday at Northview Harvest Ministries officiated by the Rev. Kenneth Blease and Antonio Villanueva serving as the interpreter. Burial will be in Mexico.
Born April 5, 1972 in Jalisco, Mexico, Abel was an employee of Carmichael Farms.
He is survived by his parents, David Morales Caro and Elvira Avalos Ramirez; three brothers, David Avalos, Victor Avalos, and Luis Avalos; a sister, Juana Lus Avalos.
